1. Introduction

This Agreement governs the use of DateABot.ai (the "Service"), provided by Couple.com, Inc. ("Company"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Service Description

The Service provides an AI-based chat experience allowing users to interact with virtual bot characters. It is designed to deliver seamless conversations and remember user interactions for future chats. The Service may be expanded with additional features, characters, and capabilities in the future. This Agreement applies to any updates or enhancements.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Use by anyone under 18 is prohibited.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

- Post or share illegal, offensive, or obscene content

- Impersonate others or provide false information

- Advertise or solicit third party products or services

- Violate intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties

- Engage in any illegal or unauthorized uses

5. User Content

User content includes text, audio, video, or images you submit. You grant the Company a non-exclusive license to store, display, reproduce and modify your content to provide and improve the Service. This license remains in effect until you delete your content or close your account, unless shared publicly.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement. We will attempt to notify you through the Service or by email. We may retain your data for up to 90 days after termination to deter fraud or comply with legal obligations.

7. Arbitration

Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration of the American Arbitration Association, under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration fees and locations will be determined in accordance with those Rules.

8. Modification

We will provide notice of changes to this Agreement through the Service or email. Your continued use after notice indicates acceptance.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain availability of the Service but do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access. We may restrict or suspend the Service at our discretion.

10. Violations

Violations of this Agreement may result in account termination, banning, and referral to law enforcement if necessary.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Disclaimers

We provide the Service on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of the Service.
